Her Work
"Taking pictures on film is all about being patient.
I think, I hold my breath a few seconds and then I push the button to shoot. Going through the whole procedure of planning, shooting, developing, scanning, gives a personal value to my pictures and even fosters a kind of relationship with them.
In a world of screens, high technology, busy and fast life, I feel the need of slowing down the time and going back to the whole analog photography process. Through my photography I show my vision of the world at a specific moment. Nature, people, visual poetry are my favorite subjects.
I use Vintage Polaroids and analog cameras. My work is about cold winter, self-portraits in the warm desert, moments of grace, people's gazes, lost feelings in a big city... "
